I want to use the will form with the bypass trust only then have the trust terminate on the spouse's death or last minor child to reach age 22 (whichever is later), then divide the single trust into separate trusts for each child. Which form to use? I tried the bypass trust only form, but I could only get a single pooled trust.

You are right. The bypass trust only form will not do everything you want. And currently, there is no form which will do just that.

HOWEVER, the next update will include a change allowing you to do exactly that in the 150 set of forms because I have added an option to leave out the marital trust, yet still be able to have a pooled trust and individual GST trusts. I'm not sure of the date for the update, but I think Florida is going out in June, and Texas a few weeks later.
