I'm wondering, when I create the letter sent with drafts (married couple with taxable estate), the first paragragh says "you can give away at death as much as $1,500,000...$11,000/year exclusion." Is this old data?

Yes, you are somehow using a very old form. You need to call tech support at 800-759-5418 and have them help you figure out why the forms you are drafting are so out of date. You have missed a number of updates.
