Marital Settlement Agreement
You may create a Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) as simple or as comprehensive as you need for each case.

With our easy-to-use question and answer format you can create anything from a simple “each party keeps his/her current property” agreement to a detailed document addressing every issue in the case and dividing assets and liabilities.

Judicial Council Forms
The volume contains all of the current dissolution, parentage, motions, and enforcement forms. We automated the English version of the domestic violence forms and have included all of the foreign language forms, which you may print for your client whenever necessary. You’ll also find other essential Judicial Council forms including the subpoenas, substitution of attorney, Application and Order for Waiver of Court Fees, etc.
