ProDoc Certification Program

Paralegals, legal assistants and students who are proficient in the use of ProDoc are highly valued in law offices.  Thousands of law firms in Texas, Florida and California use ProDoc in their practices.  Our certification program benefits our customers by making it more likely that their personnel are more productive using ProDoc - new employees literally are productive from the first day on the job.

Our certification programs feature either self-study or classroom study, practical guided exercises and a proficiency test.

Option 1: Attorney Sponsored Self-study. If you work for an attorney, you may register for self-study. When you are ready to take the certification exam, your attorney employer will also need to register as your sponsor.

Option 2: School Sponsored Self-study. If you attend (or have attended) legal instruction courses offered by a school which does not offer formal ProDoc instruction and certification, you may register for self-study. When you are ready to take the certification exam, a school official will need to register as your sponsor.

Option 3: Classroom study. If you attend legal instruction courses offered by a school which does offer formal ProDoc instruction and certification, you should ask your school's ProDoc administrator for information about obtaining ProDoc Certification through the school. To Get Started. Click the Curriculum link to view and download the curriculum. Work through it on a computer with a current ProDoc software installation provided by your school or firm. When you feel comfortable with your level of knowledge and are ready to take the certification test, arrange for a school official (students) or firm attorney (subscriber staff) to serve as your sponsor. Your sponsor must be willing to complete a registration form; arrange and proctor the certification test; and present the certificate to you after you pass the test.
